Lake Lure Cabin Concierge can meet all your vacation and/or homeowner needs. If you don't see a service listed, please feel free to contact us anyway. We will be happy to look into any service or task you need to make your stay in Lake Lure more enjoyable.

Hire Us for Year-Round Care!

You can have peace of mind knowing that your home is being cared for in your absence. Lake Lure Cabin Concierge will visit your property on a routine basis, inspect it for upkeep concerns, alert you to the nature of the concern, and arrange--at your discretion--for maintenance accordingly (for which you will be billed separately). Every month, you will be sent an inspection report with updates on your property.

-Changing of HVAC filters
-Seasonal Thermostat Adjustments
-Lighting Pilots Prior to Your Arrival
-Light Bulb Changes
Packages start at $100/month and retainer services are available. Retainer services include up to three on-call visits to your home to inspect for additional last-minute items. Add monthly cleaning for an additional fee. Cleaning prices are based on home size.

Additionally, this monthly features makes it easier to make updates and improvements to your home without making an extra trip into town. Simply ship any items you want placed in your home and we will do the work. We will do our best to accommodate any need you have.

Guest Reservation Coordination:

Lake Lure Cabin Concierge will handle the reservation coordination for your home. This includes making follow up contact with the guests to confirm their reservations and ensuring that the proper forms are filled out and submitted prior to their arrival. The client is responsible for booking the reservation and handling any monetary exchange.

To ensure the accommodations run smoothly, our staff will be available for guests 9am – 5pm, Monday – Sunday for reservations, check-ins/check-outs, key distribution, check-in tours, information about the surrounding area, and to answer any questions regarding guests’ stay at your property and in Lake Lure.

In case of an emergency concerning your home, guests will be welcome to contact us after hours, but an Emergency Service Fee of $35 will apply to the homeowner for any trips that result.

If anything is broken or repairs are needed, Lake Lure Cabin Concierge will first seek permission from the homeowner, and then move forward to ensure that the repair is made. All maintenance services handled by Lake Lure Cabin Concierge will incur an 18% service charge.

Lake Lure Cabin Concierge will also visit the property after the cleaning is complete to make sure everything is in its proper place, and check for damages or irregularities.

Seasonal Cleaning:
From industrial, seasonal cleans to a light duty tidy up before your arrival, we can make your home sparkle. Seasonal Cleaning can be done before and/or after your stay.

Bedding & Linen Changes:
A must-have service for seasonal properties is the annual dry cleaning of bed coverings, duvets, comforters, and pillows. We also offer linen changes and washes before your arrival.

Personalized Grocery Shopping:
Lake Lure Cabin Concierge provides personalized grocery shopping, delivery, and unpacking service. Our personal shoppers carefully select top quality products at the best prices to guarantee your satisfaction. Simply download our grocery list, shop for the items of your choice, and tell us when you are coming! Vacationers are relieved to find the kitchen fully stocked upon arrival. Minor Home Improvements and Maintenance:
From simple tasks like setting the thermostat of your home, lighting the pilot on gas fireplaces, and changing the air filters to heavy duty jobs such as washing walls, unclogging drains, and repairing electrical problems we can organize the maintenance of all interior and exterior upkeep.

Home Deliveries:
If you can't be present at your home for deliveries (i.e. furniture, equipment, etc.), Lake Lure Cabin Concierge can be present for you. We will open your home for the delivery crew and supervise any set up and installation.

Airport Transportation:
Let Lake Lure Cabin Concierge arrange car transportation for you and your guests from either Charlotte-Douglas International Airport or Asheville Regional Airport.

Special Occasion and Seasonal Interior Decorating:
Let us make your vacation home festive for any occasion all year round from holidays to birthdays and much more. Christmas decorating is very popular!

We also offer a variety of floral arrangements to add an extra welcoming touch to your home. Choose from small or large arrangements.

Property Inspections:
We have a licensed home inspector and general contractor on staff to help with completing pre-purchasing, deficiency, and insurance inspections to ensure that your second home is safe and secure.

Don't let distance or a lack of time frustrate you when it comes to your second home. Making your vacation home ready is simple with the help of our experienced staff. From groceries to paper products and cleaning supplies to gourmet and gift items, Cabin Concierge is ready to assist you at any time.
