Concierge takes every measure possible to ensure that your home is
safe, protected and well-cared for while in our service. With
this assurance in mind, Lake Lure Cabin Concierge is not responsible
for damages, injury, mishaps or illnesses to you, your guests or
your property during your stay in Lake Lure.
Supply of some items may be limited due to market availability. Lake Lure Cabin Concierge strives to ensure that the price you pay for your items is as close to market value as possible. We reserve the right to modify all item prices without notice as dictated by fluctuations in the market price. This price adjustment could reflect an increase or decrease in your costs. We will contact you prior to purchasing if there is a significant variance in a quoted item price and the actual cost at buying time. Lake Lure Cabin Concierge reserves the right to substitute if exact items you request are not available. While every effort will be made to supply clients with top quality products, Lake Lure Cabin Concierge will not be held responsible for spoilage after delivery. Cost of food for personalized grocery shopping is in addition to the service fee or package price quoted. Prices are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of package/service cost estimates is required at the time of ordering. Balances are due on day of delivery. A fee will be charged if orders are cancelled 5 days or less prior to delivery. A credit card is required for deposit. Clients will be provided with an invoice one all services are completed. A credit card is required to place your order. Payment of balance due may be made through cash or check. Prior approval from property owner or manager is required for pre-arrival services. Delivery Days: Monday - Saturday. Sunday and Holiday deliveries are based on availability and are subject to an additional charge. |
